Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel rooms are in need of refurbishment as they appear tired, old-fashioned, and small. The service staff, while friendly, had difficulties communicating in English, and an incident at the aero bridge was a drawback. The location, despite being central, was described as disappointing due to run-down surroundings. The dining options lacked sophistication and charm, resembling a busy production line. However, the hotel is adjacent to a mall with a good food court.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were fantastic even the more affordable ones, equipped with everything I needed. A special shoutout to Eden and Wendy at the club lounge, they were amazing. The location was ideal for sightseeing and exploring, offering easy access to key sights. The dining experience was a bit lacking in variety, but overall, I had a great time.
The hotel rooms are quite nice, though the property is in need of a major facelift. The size of the rooms, with lounge facilities, feels like a postage stamp. The temperature control was very good, and the availability of bicycles was a nice touch. The service was average, without Michael, though they were very helpful in assisting with hotel and car services. The location is fantastic, being an easy walk to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. The dining experience was mediocre, with limited options and relatively higher prices. The facilities were average, with the lighting needing improvement.
I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with amazing views and a fabulous bathroom, and I really enjoyed using the hotel's bicycles. The service started off average but improved significantly thanks to Jay's detailed assistance. The location was perfect, near a shopping center and cultural sites, and the dining, though not extensive, was convenient for a day of touring. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.
